By using TrafficForge CLI application ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The term "You" refers to any user or entity utilizing TrafficForge's automation tools and services.
Software Usage
- TrafficForge is provided as a Command Line Interface (CLI) application that can be run on any device or server capable of executing the software.
- You may run the software 24/7 on virtual private servers or other computing devices at your discretion and cost.
- You are responsible for any and all costs associated with running the software, including but not limited to server costs, bandwidth charges, and any other infrastructure expenses.
Data Collection and Analytics
- The Software collects and transmits the following metrics to your Cloud Console:
- Total Views
- Total Ads Views
- Total Ads Clicks
- Total Errors
- All collected metrics are available in real-time through your Cloud Console dashboard.
- Your Cloud Console credentials provide exclusive access to your analytics data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cloud Console login credentials.
- We retain the right to store and process your analytics data for service improvement and troubleshooting purposes.
- We do not collect any personal information or data beyond these specified metrics.
Cloud Console Access
- Your Cloud Console access is provided as part of the service and may be suspended or terminated along with your Software license for any violations of these terms.
- You agree not to:
- Share your Cloud Console credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Cloud Console
- Scrape or extract data from the Cloud Console using automated means
- Modify or tamper with the analytics data displayed
- We reserve the right to modify the Cloud Console interface and features at any time.
- While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Cloud Console.
Payment and Refund Policy
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Server compatibility issues
- Performance dissatisfaction
- Account suspension
- Changes in business circumstances
Account Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license key if we detect any violations, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the Software.
- Sharing or reselling license keys.
- Using the Software for click fraud or invalid traffic generation.
- Violating any third-party terms of service through our platform.
- Suspended license keys cannot be reactivated and no refund will be provided.
Acceptable Use Policy
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and advertising network policies.
- You must not use the Software to generate traffic to:
- Illegal or fraudulent content
- Adult or pornographic content
- Malware or phishing websites
- Copyright-infringing material
Technical Support
While we provide technical support for Software-related issues, we are not responsible for:
- Server configuration or maintenance
- Operating system compatibility issues
- Third-party software conflicts
- Network or infrastructure problems
Limitation of Liability
TrafficForge will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, ad revenue, server costs, or other business losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficForge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
